The Brief
We arranged a 4-day Sales Kick-off for an IT client in Dubai, staying at the stunning Jumeirah Beach Hotel which included conferences, training, exhibition stands and a glittering gala dinner.
As part of this event, we were asked to arrange a fun and relaxing lunch and afternoon for the guests to enjoy themselves after intensive conferences and take advantage of the beautiful weather. They didn’t want to travel as time was limited due to the evening meal.
Scope Of Services
Results
We exclusively hired one of the restaurants within the Jumeriah Beach Hotel and an area of beach located at the base of the Burj al Arab, on the soft white Dubai sands with amazing views in the hot sun.
Restaurant style seating was already provided in the shade, but in addition we hired white rattan furniture for the beach for guests to relax after lunch, or eat in the sunshine if they preferred.
After the welcome cocktail drinks reception, a delicious BBQ lunch was served with a free-flowing bar. After lunch, water sports were available for those guests who wished to take part including jet skiing, windsurfing and paddle boarding. We also arranged for beach volleyball and table tennis. For the guests who weren’t feeling so energetic, they could kick their shoes off with a cool drink, apply the sun cream and relax on a sun lounger to top up their tan whilst listening to Ibiza style music.
The guests had a great time and it was the perfect way to relax after a couple of days intensive conferences and training.
